Al Villadsen
Principal owner and operator of the agency. He started in the
industry working with his parents in 1971. Thru hard work and dedication to his
clients Al has attained several licenses and awards. Recently he led the agency
to earn a 5 star designation from Fremont Insurance Company, an accomplishment
that is attainted by only a select few agencies in Michigan. This is the second
year in a row the agency has earned this award. With out the help and
dedication of the agency staff this would not be possible, says Al. Al is
committed to providing excellent products and service to the agency clients and
continues to look for ways to better serve. Al supports many organizations in
the community and is an avid hunter, and fisherman.

Nancy Keller
Nancy has
been with the agency for over 20 years and is the back bone of the agency. She
is very knowledgeable is all areas of insurance and can handle any situation
given her. Her primary responsibility is the accounting of the agency and inner
office management. Nancy is committed to providing the best possible service to
our clients. Her favorite past time is with her family and supporting her
children in their activities, from horses to basketball.

Elsie Morton
Elsie
has worked with Al for over 20 years and is the "right hand man" of the
Scottville office. Elsie handles all of the day to day activities in the agency
and is literally in-dispensable. She is primarily responsible for all of the
personal lines of business in the agency and is committed to excellence. Elsie
is very supportive of her family and is actively involved with all of the
programs her children are in as well as a strong supporter of the local
community.

Jane Kolinski
Jane is
our customer service representative in the Ludington office. She has been
working in the insurance industry for over 25 years and can do it all. She is
willing to help our customer with any of their needs. Jane volunteers her time
at the local animal control, she love gardening, crocheting, and most of all
her grandchildren.
